This is my 2D shooter Project assignment.
Modification
1. I will complete the interesting, comprehensive, and coherent level In the next version
2. I may create the background music by myself
3.I will finish the AI of each enemy, and let them have their own ways to move.

These modifications sound great, I'm looking forward to seeing your final project! I also really like your idea of creating the background music yourself - this is a great opportunity to learn a new skill or practice and existing one. Making your own assets will also be a much more significant change.
As a tip, when making new levels, try to make sure that they're significant and unique/different from others in some shape or form. Adding new enemy types, challenges, or obstacles can help with this!
